Terms of Use

These are the Terms of Use ("Terms") under which all job seekers, employers or other users ("You") may use the Jobs-Switch Sites and the Services (each as defined below). These Terms include the Jobs-Switch Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between You and Jobs-Switch or the Jobs-Switch company operating the Web site for the country in which You live or in which business is headquartered (“Jobs-Switch”), and are deemed accepted by You each time that You use or access any Jobs-Switch Site or Jobs-Switch Services. If You do not accept the Terms stated here, do not use the Jobs-Switch Sites and the Jobs-Switch Services.

Users who violate these Terms may have their access and use of the Jobs-Switch Sites suspended or terminated, at Jobs-Switch’s discretion.
